Wait, Enya Basics is Free?
Yes. As part of our initiative & support towards providing quality organic feminine products to all women, subscribers only need to cover shipping and handling cost. Enya Basics will always be free, there will be an additional RM8 shipping for the next consecutive pack!
What is a subscriber?
A subscriber is someone who has a subscription with us.
Why should I be a subscriber?
Being a subscriber at Enya gives you a bragging pass to tell everyone that you get your menstrual needs delivered to your doorstep monthly, automatically & hassle-free! No more last minute runs to the store because you forgot to stock up. Plus, you’d get to enjoy discounts and free organic pads!
How does the subscription process work?
First, select the items you want and decide how frequently you'd like to receive them. We offer 15, 30 and 45 days delivery frequency. Then, add the products to your cart. Finally, enter your shipping and billing details. Voila! Your feminine care just got easier!
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Great question! Yes, your subscription will be renewed automatically according to your original settings. However, you can change the subscription preferences in your profile by choosing to skip or cancel the subscription.
Can I make changes in my subscription?
You’re able to make changes to your next delivery by signing up for an Enya account and visiting: " My Account " at your Enya profile. If your order processes with any incorrect information, simply edit your info on the account page.
When do I need to make changes to meet the deadline of my next subscription?
At least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date. If your order processes with any incorrect information, simply edit your info on the account page.
How do I skip/cancel subscription?
Easy-peasy gang!
1) Make sure you login to your account on our website www.enya.my.
2) Click "Manage Subscriptions"
3) To skip your subscription, click Delivery Schedule > Skip
4) To cancel your subscription, click Delivery Schedule > Edit
5) Click Cancel.
Do you have any samples you can send me?
We do not provide free samples of any of our products at this time. The best way to try is to make a one-off purchase of our First Period Care Set here.
Can I customise my order?
Of course you can! Just log into your account, under Manage Subscriptions, you are able to add products.
2. Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Good news for Singapore, we just launched our Singapore website at www.enya.sg! Our stockist Fashionvalet also does international shipping to selected countries.
We currently only ship to Malaysia and Singapore. In terms of international shipping, we don’t have concrete details at this time, we are working on expanding our shipping to other countries as we continue to grow. As soon as we are able to ship internationally, we’ll make an announcement to our community, so please keep following along and stay tuned!
How are your products packaged during shipment?
All the good stuff is properly packaged in our recyclable box and sealed tightly to safeguard it from the rain and the hands of unwanted guests.
How often do you ship out your products?
We fulfill your orders right after payment is confirmed and usually take a few days to get them packed and shipped out. Orders received after 5pm will be scheduled to the next business day.
How much is your shipping fee?
Standard shipping is RM10 for West Malaysia, RM14 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
What is zip code?
Zip code is your postcode!

My parcel arrived empty or damaged!
We are very sorry if your package arrived damaged! While we have little control over what happens to our shipments after they leave our fulfillment center, we put great trust in our shipping carrier to ensure a successful delivery. We are disappointed to hear when this isn't the case and will notify our courier's representative to make note of this issue - just shoot us a message here and we'll take care of it.

How do I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address after you've paid, please head on to write us another email and we will attend to you quickly.
To change your shipping address, simply login to your account, click:
Manage Subscriptions > Edit > Edit (Under address) to your new desired address*
*NOTE: All change of address will be reflected on your next subscription renewal order.
How can I track my order?
Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order is fulfilled. Should you encounter any issues with your delivery, kindly email us at hello@enya.com.my for customer assistance, we will be sure to reply within 12 hours.
When will I receive my products?
Your orders are processed and shipped out every working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email associated with your subscription when your product has shipped.
Delivery to your doorstep usually takes up to 7 working days, subject to our courier service performance.
Do note that there may be delays depending on the couriers.
Can I return my order?
Great question! Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept any returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with our product, and would like to leave a personal improvement review, feel free to send it to hello@enya.com.my.

What type of pads do you offer?
Currently we have 3 types of pads!
Enya Premium | Heavy & Regular flow
Our Enya Premium is catered for heavy and regular flow. Perfect combo for your menstrual flow!
Our Enya Basics are catered for regular flow. Best used if you have light flow or the 3rd/4th day of your period.
Our Enya Plus is catered for all my extra heavy flow ladies out there. Best used for your first few heavy flow days, suitable for overnight and maternity usage.
How about pantyliners?
Our Enya Pantyliners are suitable for daily discharge usage, or the first and last few days of your period.
Where are they made?
Enya products are made by a certified manufacturer in China. They've been manufacturing feminine products for decades, they know their stuff!
What are the ingredients?
Enya's pads are FREE of fragrances, chlorine bleach, parabens, phthalates, dioxins & toxic adhesives. It contains 100% organic cotton top sheet, high quality airlaid paper, 200g super absorbency paper, PE breathable backsheet, adhesive strip and release paper (paper + silicone oil).
Do your pads feel thick, like a diaper?
Nope! We made sure they are ultra thin (0.2CM) for comfort and it can absorb up to 3-4 hours.

How long are your pads?
After our targeted survey, we found out that every centimetre makes a huge emotional security difference when we're menstruating.

Yes, that 0.5 cm does matter.
How much can the pads absorb?
Enya Premium | Day - 80ml (~6 tablespoons) Night - 120ml (~8 tablespoons)
Enya Basics | 80ml (~6 tablespoons)
Enya Plus | 150ml (~10 tablespoons)
What’s the shelf life?
Like all pads, the shelf life is 3 years from manufacturer date. You can find this at the bottom of our product packaging.
How do I use a pad?
You came to the right tab. First, unwrap the pad from the packaging. Then, remove the backing to expose the adhesive. Place the pad on the center patch of your underwear with the adhesive down to hold your pad firmly in place. And ladies, always remember to lock down the wings too. You know, just so that it doesn't fly away 😉
How often should I change my pad?
Like all pads in general, we recommend changing your pad every 4 to 5 hours. Though you can change it more often depending on your menstrual flow.
Difference between conventional pads and organic pad products?
Conventional pads are not required to disclose the ingredients they used in the pads. Hence, they often may contain harsh chemicals like chlorine (used to bleach the cotton), fragrances and toxic adhesive. Because our products are made with 100% organic cotton topsheet, women of all skin types and menstrual conditions can rely on ENYA.
Are your products sustainable?
It has always been our core mission to make our products fully biodegradable, to use plant based fibres to replace our PE backsheet and wrapper, but we are not fully sustainable just yet. We strive to improve our product ingredients more by reinvesting our profits into research and development. For this phase, we start by launching 100% organic cotton topsheet period pads to replace commercial pads that are made with plastics.

What form of payments do you accept?
Enya only accepts major credit cards and debit cards including, Visa, MasterCard. Kindly note that we only accept one form of payment per order.
How do you keep my information secure?

How can I donate to your cause?
We appreciate your interest in donating to our cause. Because we are a for-profit company, we cannot accept donations. However! We have some wonderful partners who are leading puberty and menstrual education to rural schools. We would be thrilled to point you in their direction for monetary donations.
